This is a great place to do business with the staff are very knowledgeable about ice and their transportation department is very professional it's hard to believe that you guys were given a one-star review but go figure there's no review with it. Cheers! Keep up the good work
I regularly require dry ice for one of my special effect machines I rent to customers for special parties. Called ahead of time and the guy took our names and said we are all set. Called the day of letting him know we will be there right before close. We get there and he is out of dry ice. Now I have to go back to my customer and let them know I can not provide the special effects for thier party the day of thier party which is money out of my pocket.
I went there for dry ice to ship a biological donation, that would result in saving the lives of babies in nicu units nation wide. The young guy who helped me; was compassionate, respectful, and discreet. He went above, and beyond to make sure it would safely reach it's destination. I wish I had gotten his name, because he deserves a big Hi5, and a hug.
We’re shipping lobsters from Maine to Florida and these guys helped us pack them up for the trip. They were very helpful and courtesy.
