Purchased a custom build direct from site, and it is amazing. The options were mind blowing, but the configuration tool was great it always alerted me if something I picked was incompatible with an existing part or if it was going to require an additional part. I got all the excitement / drama of building my own machine with the exact components I wanted but didn't have to be sick with the fear I was going to screw it up. Now, well let's just say I will buy from here again with no regrets.

I ordered a custom build desktop. They have very good price, excellent quality. Quite fast I thought its gonna be way much longer but they build it and ship it in 4 weeks with no rush service. Very well packaged. Came with user manual book and disc with drivers , computer layout every component and part and specification and installing description with illustration. Bundle with gaming keyboard and mouse. I got email and text after every stage so I dont have to contact them.

I purchased my computer back in mid December and received it mid February. The whole purchasing experience was seamless, plenty of options to choose from and they had everything I was looking for. I have to say that their website is quite impressive and easy to use. They also did a great job sending me updates on the status of my purchase, from the very first moment I placed the order, all the way to the moment I received it. I am very pleased with my computer build. I ordered an Intel Z490 Elite build on 2/4/21 directly from the IBuyPower website and received it on 3/1/21. Upon opening, I was able to gently remove the foam packaging from the computer tower and set it up. The computer came with the required accessories such as a power cord alongside the extra unused accessories such as left-over screws, cables, and more for the user to have. Honestly, I am glad with my purchase and I would likely purchase from this company again.
