Friendly owner, fresh handmade noodles, and amazing broth, what’s not to like?? Stands up to authentic soba houses in Japan. A true gem in the heart of Torrance. Worth the visit! Bring cash or order online. Yuzu Oroshi with cold soba noodles pictured.

Nice little Ichimiann space with friendly staff and fun build your own Ichimiann option! I ordered the fire Ichimiann and liked it a lot!! Not the best to bring a bigger group than four, but provides a good intimate eat space for going out with a good friend it's open quite late at night so I will be going again!

Delicious and fresh. Beef bowl, beef curry and ramen are all winners. It's a cash only place and the food tastes fresh.

Very well kept and welcoming restaurant. They offer large portions and for economical rates. I liked the menu a lot and the staff were super welcoming and chatty. Recommended.

I ordered the yakitori with rice. 5 skewers: 3 chicken thigh, 1 skirt steak and 1 pork belly. Meat was tender and juicy! Perfection on a stick. I have toured all over Japan and this was on par with what you'll find over there. Rice was good and the yakitori sauce was well balanced. Can't wait to try the other dishes but I'm still thinking of those skewers!
