Awesome customer service! I thought I needed a new charging port for my phone since it wasn't charging correctly they fixed my problem quickly without making me buy unnecessary equipment or perform unneeded repairs. Really great. I will go back for any future phone issues for sure.
The Apple Store was unable/unwilling to remove a film inside the protective glass that covers my iPhone camera lens. They wanted to sell me a new phone instead. iCircle fixed it in a half hour for 35 and the camera is now perfect. I should have gone to iCircle first!
These people are wonderful. I've been to them 11 times now and the owner Jeff is extremely humble and professional. He really goes out of his way to help you and does so in a timely manner. Prices are average to high depending on repair and he is more than willing to explain why or answer any repair related questions. They also sell phone parts for any DIY users and I can't reiterate enough what a lifesaver that it. I would 20000% recommend anyone who needs phone repair here.
