I sent them an email asking can I bring my own luxury shirts. After over a month, they never responded. I guess they got enough business and don't want any new customers. Their website mentions 24 shirts minimum so I guess they ignore smaller orders.
Frank from Icon was great! Even though they weren't able to help me, he still provided great service and sent me in the right direction. Definitely recommend.
