Their roadside assistance program is a joke. All they want to do do is sell you as much insurance of any kind they can. Automatic bill pay never worked. Glad I switched to Progressive, got a better rate as well!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was hit 12 days ago by an Idaho falls farm bureau customer that failed to yield onto the highway and then stopped in the middle of the road because they thought a car was almost finished turning. I was told an adjuster would contact me within 24 hours... now 12 days later, 6 phone calls to the claims department after hours number and 2 different claim numbers later I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL!!!! Apparently their customers are paying for insurance for farm bureau to NOT do a damn thing!!!! So unfortunately I had to take off work tomorrow to walk in and show up in their office... I’ll keep all of you posted as to how that goes as well!
