Easier to go in and get service than try to call and ask for what you need. They are extremely busy. The whole time I was there picking up materials the phone didn't stop ringing.

The personnel is cordial and they try their best to offer a professional service. However, their logistics do not seem to be well coordinated or to be able to honor their timing and quality control commitment with their customers. My fence arrived damaged after a 90 days wait that started as a 40 days,(at the latest), delivery commitment. I found out it was damaged after arriving home, since Idaho Fence and Deck Supply did not inspect it before the customer picking it up. Their effort to have it replaced did not succeed, but instead of communicating that to the customer they kept it in their warehouse for two more weeks, out of the box, to collect dust and dirt. In the end they could only offer me the replacement for the damaged rail for me to replace it on my own. Even in extraordinary times like the ones we are living in they could've lived up to their reputation.
