Even though this is a fairly new store, they helped honor their lifetime warranty and gave me great service. I have use their orthotics for many years and they have helped my feet greatly! I highly recommend Ideal Feet to anyone who has problems with chronic pain in their feet.

While I was in Tulsa for a teacher's conference from Dallas, I started to experience some serious foot and back pain. I then ask a teacher from from Union Square High school recommend somewhere I can get it check and they recommended Ideal Feet for my back pain I was experiencing. I walked in and they took real good care of me. I've tried several items from different stores (Bath & Beyond, etc.) & off the shelf crap, but didn't do anything for me nor my back issues. Now that I have the comfort of Ideal feet insoles I feel better, walk better and I'm able to keep my balance. I highly recommend Ideal feet for anyone who my be experiencing any type of foot back or knee pain.
