I give this property 4 stars because the grounds as well as the units were a very clean and nicely Kept however the leasing agent Was not much help we requested a tour on Thursday Around 12:30 that same day we received the applications for the unit we informed the agent that we were going to take it The applications were filled out then night of and Friday the very next day we called to confirm that the applications had been received she then informed us that she rented the unit to another party that came in after we did the day before. While we were Disappointed with the outcome we are relieved To not be dealing with this level of incompetence on a daily basis.

Looking for good looking peaceful apartments. Try this place
Great place. Lived there for 3 years. Management is helpful and friendly. Area is a little pricey now. But they are quality apartments and the community is really quiet.
1. These apartments have THIN walls.. The neighbor snoring kept me awake so often I has to sleep in the living room. 2. The manager is not friendly to guests / visitors. 3. They have 3 guest parking spots for the whole complex.
Kind staff, great management. The rent is getting a bit pricy and the houses are very poorly insulated so energy costs were through the roof! Yet, definitely recommend living on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor was quite miserable, but it does feel more open due to the open ceiling. The open ceiling does come with huge disadvantages however.
