The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The service and the price are unbeatable. I’ll always go here for any issues with my phone from now on. I had to get my screen replaced and it was a saving grace because I cannot afford a new phone. I was/am so extremely grateful he was able to fix it. It was very timely and took him hardly any time at all to fix and correct the issue. I am beyond pleased and satisfied. I’m typing this from my phone, which is working great!! This was by far an excellent experience. I can’t express enough how outstanding the service was. He was understanding about not being able to afford a new phone and he took exceptional care of this one! Thank you iFix, I think this phone will last years especially with help from you. As I said, I’ll bring my business here anytime I have a phone problem. I hope you all at iFix have a good Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you!

I caught one of the owners, Alex when they were closed. He went out of his way to fix my screen and did an excellent job in a timely manner, despite being closed. I would 10/10 recommend taking your broken phone to these guys!

Took my iPad there to have the screen replaced. Even though with Covid19 restrictions on place and only allowing 1 customer in at a time... I was in and out fast. Staff was courteous, fast & helpful. Was ready the sameday. Thanks fir a pleasant experience.
