Absolutely love going to ILLExotics! They truly care about their customers, and are incredibly knowledgable about all things plants. Their feeders are VERY well priced, and they have everything you could ever want for your reptile. I have nothing but good words to say about them, and I'm looking forward to shopping in their new location in the future!
I've never been in the shop in person, as I'm about 7 hours away, but I can't say enough good things about their online shop and customer service. I've ordered many plants from them and they are always very well packaged and shipped quickly, and their communication is on point. The one time a plant went downhill quickly after arrival (which happens from time to time with any seller), they were super responsive and helpful, and even shipped out a new plant with no questions asked. These are some great people, and I love supporting them (and their excellent plants)!
This store is really a special spot here in Philly, an excellent shop with great and knowledgeable staff and excellent flora and fauna. I've purchased both plants and reptile supplies and everything has been excellent. I will be shopping here a long time and encourage everyone to check this place out regularly, its just a great atmosphere. They are going to a bigger (still local) spot soon and look forward to their continued growth they definitely deserve it!
