I must say I have nothing to complain, they are really accurate on our school needs. From ordering toner for our copier, to keeping up with our copiers needs or problems with them. Our copiers get fix that same day if not the following day but always as fast as they can. Employee are very polite and fun to talk too. Love talking to our Toner Lady Lynne must say she is one of my favorite to talk to, seems like i've known her for ever, very polite, helpful and fun to talk too. Back in December 2014 I received a call from LynnB asking if I would be interesting in buying our toner ink from Image2000. Lynn was very excited about selling the products for Image2000. We discussed the prices and I realized I could get a better deal with this supplier. I went ahead and changed to Image2000 and have been very pleased with their customer service. I always received my order within 2 days. I had a problem with one of the toners not working and Lynn took care of this immediately. I appreciate working with Lynn these last few years.
