Fast, polite & always accurate. When you call in an order the staff is always well versed in any unadvertised specials. If you do pickup the place is always clean and the person on the register as well as the cooks are professional and I have never seen them look sloppy. I order about one of twice a month. One of the better franchises.

Went here for Valentines day, order was done on time but neither of our pizzas were cut. Like actually not cut, we had to cut it ourselves. And my boyfriends pizza didn’t have any sauce on it, like it was just cheese & toppings on the crust. They’ve gone really down hill over the past few months. Spend your money somewhere else.
Tried to do the dinner mvp meal. It didn't even work. We tried to use it the other day online and it said they were having issues with they're deals. So we're just gonna call it in and find out the deal is online only but wouldn't work. We just said forget the deal, this is what we want. The order was in so we went to go wait to pick it up. Come to find out they didn't have our order. Couldn't find our name or number. Had to order again right there. They should have gave us a discount since it was the employees fault our order wasn't in.
Yesterday a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and cajun fries were ordered under my girlfriend's rewards account. I had it delivered to my job for lunch. The cajun fries were spot on however the pizza was not. I'm usually easy going when mistakes happen because I've worked fast food, and I know it happens. However the this was inexcusable. The pizza seemed to be thrown together; the pizza was more crust than anything and very hard. Not to mention the pizza was barely cut. I've never had too many problems from Pizza Hut but what was delivered to me was just a mess. I even had to take a picture of the pizza.
Saturday night I came in for my order and was told it wasn't done. Then another employee came 10 min. Later and found my order. It had been ready the whole time. Sunday night my food was given to someone else. I waited another hour for them to remake my order after being told it would only take 13min. Paid for ranch that I never got. Because they were out. They are Very unorganized. Kids there didn't seem to know what they were doing. I guess I'll be driving the extra couple miles to try a different Pizza Hut from now on.
