Our experience purchasing a car from Fishers Imports was pleasant and respectful from beginning to finish. The staff were all so friendly, polite and helpful. We were never pressured by our salesman and we never felt doubtful about the honesty of the information or the answers to our questions. We will surely purchase from this dealership the next time we are in need of a car.

Buying my Dodge Challenger at Fishers Imports was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. For my previous cars, I would always feel like no matter how much I negotiate I'm always getting secretly ripped off. But Amir at Fishers Imports was very transparent with me during the entire process, including trading in my Focus ST. I'm 100% going to Fishers Imports for my next car because I know that's where I will get the best deal!
I didn't actually buy a car from Fishers Imports, though was so impressed with the professionalism and respect from Brandon Roman, that I had to leave a review. I find it extremely ironic that the more expensive the car is, the less customer service you get. Brandon was quite the opposite, and while we couldn't come to terms on price, he provided very reasonable and detailed reasons why he decided to pass. Very rare when selling exotic cars.
I have never had a more disrespectful experience with a car dealership or salesman. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in, Chad was incredibly rude to us, it was although he couldn’t be bothered to help us. We knew exactly what we were looking for, but options were open, Chad did not show us anything but a couple even though there was an abundance of them on the lot. Only brought out one key with him as well so we couldn’t even look at the interiors of the other cars. While showing us the three cars, he asked if my fiancé’s current vehicle was going to be traded in, the answer was no, he asked a few more times about it and even asked if it was in his name? I’ve never been to a dealer where I have been questioned on my current car being in my name. Then after telling Chad he would be paying in cash and keeping his current car (again) Chad asks how old he is and “you have that much in your bank account?”, in a very condescending way. At that point we decided to leave. I’m very curious if this is something they ask every person that comes in?
Fishers Imports takes car buying to a level compared to Ritz-Carlton! It's exactly how car buying should be! Prestigious from the sales floor all the way to the Service department where they can repair all makes!
