I've left voicemails and sent emails, no response. I've never even been to Indiana but yet this office keeps flagging me for background checks. I'm contacting my lawyer today about this problem.

I am shocked that as a public office no one answers your telephone during business hours. I have left messages, no answer. I went through your voicemail tree and was disconnected three times when I selected the option to speak with a “live” person. On my forth try it went through and rang for over 11 minutes with no answer. This is the telephone number listed on your pleadings. Written correspondence has been ignored as well. Common courtesy demands better. How do you deal with crime victims and witnesses who call your office? I hope they fair better than attorneys.

It is unbelievable that no one in this office answers the phone. This is a public service entity which tax dollars are paying for and I let my phone ring many times for over 25 minutes and it just rang and rang. I emailed and asked about my case and after ten days, there has still be no response. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm sure the office is very busy but you can't treat the public, and victims of crime, in this manner, victimizing them again! (I didn't want to put any stars but I had to put at least one to place this post.)

So the line disconnects no matter which option you choose. They give you information about leaving a message but actually expect you to leave your social on a voicemail? There’s no way to actually contact anyone, though I’m sure it’ll be my fault for failing to do so whenever the time comes that they actually want to get the information they requested. What a joke.

A family member was given a contact order against me and I was not even a party to the incident. He is my emotional support and the prosecutor's office never answer's their phone. They really are lousy at interacting with the public who they are supposed to serve.
