Great place. Visited here for the first time during Devour Indy. Everything was excellent from the appetizers to the entrees to the drinks and dessert. Will definitely be back.

party of four, two people got the devour menu and two did not. we felt bad for our server, who was struggling to keep up with the dinner crowd (by herself, I believe). she was as kind, attentive, and apologetic when another table got their food before us. no big deal! drinks were good. we were disappointed that the fresa marg was unavailable, but i enjoyed my picante marg. not really worth 9-11 in my opinion, but to each his own. one friend enjoyed browsing the tequila selection (169 types!) as the vegan of the group, my limitations typically guide where we eat. i chose sangrita thinking i could make vegan substitutions, but i felt bad for our stressed-out server and just ordered things that were already marked vegan. the cowboy caviar was delicious, as was the guac. i ordered a side of rice, and it was terrible. i'm not sure what went wrong with it, but it was greasy, wet, and absolutely flavorless. my friends enjoyed their tacos and the bunuelos. the succotash wasn't good, nor were the beans. the table had both the sopapillas and the churros. nothing special. we sat on the heated patio. it was nice and warm, and i appreciate an outdoor option during covid.

I love this place. The bartenders know their stuff and are very helpful and informative about cocktail mixes and the history of things. They make things fresh in house for the cocktails and are always inventing new innovative things. Their savory chaser for tequila is a must try I have never had anything like it. I encourage everyone to try them out and not be afraid to ask questions!

Went there with my bridal party although a few of my girls from my party had made a scene I tried to make it right. I paid for her meal and mine. It was supposed to be at a discount considering they had some leak in their roof and we all were sat directly under it and got water on the entire meal. We also ordered drinks which tasted horrible. They offered a discount which they at register look like we received but when I checked my card today I was charged for both meals at full price. Although my party wasn’t the easiest to deal with I tried making things right on my end but they didn’t hold up theirs. Would never go back.

Legit, hipster Mexican food. 5/5 would go again.
