I’m a client here currently with my son who has already missed two appointments(my son’s doctors being one of them. I came to receive help and get back on track but am left distressed and worse off then when I came. The majority of staff has a laissez-faire attitude from the moment they clock in. Their obvious lack of concern about the women they work with is disturbing. They lack thoroughness and ability to connect with the clients. My biggest concern is the constant put downs made to clients by the staff. The women coming here are genuinely looking for help but constantly put down by staff, contrasting the “restore dignity” motto. The food they serve is sometimes rotten. The downtown facility is understaffed and overworked putting stress on the clients that come for recovery help. I very strongly recommend any substance rehabilitation program but this one.
