Indigo Yoga has been extremely welcoming. I had never had the courage to go to a studio, I always felt out of place and that I didn't belong. I feel lucky that I had the courage to walk in. I have been practicing at Indigo for about 10 months. It has become a place of healing and inspiration for me.

I came to this yoga studio after badly injuring my knee three days in a row from freak skateboarding accidents and I knew yoga was the answer to a fast and wholesome recovery without paying for a physical therapist of surgery. It's been a year now and I am completely healed and have even greater range of motion...! I pray for anyone looking for a healing studio to come here. First, for the quality of HEALING that they have from their state of the art heating. Second, this school will change your life. And, third this is the best place to practice yoga. Although I had originally wanted to continue training and building my martial art tool belt in Las Cruces, I fell in love (again) with yoga at this studio and have not at the urge to train MMA because I can fight my own and best demons on the mat (and now with stronger peace spells ). The instructors are extremely competent and the vibe reminds me of my first hot yoga summers in 2013 before a lot of magic happened in life. It's been almost year now and I can say that I've saved a lot of time in spiritual growth and healing by finding and joining this studio. And, I'm forever grateful. Treat yourself to become Open and Strong with the awesome community at Indigo Yoga!!

Rude instructors especially the owner! Definitely will not be returning! Go ahead and look my name up in your books you won’t find it lol but I assure you I HAVE practiced here and I was not pleased with the owners stuck up Attitude! She acts entitled and like she’s better than everyone else, she loves to brag about being in the medical field like that makes up for her unprofessional behavior. It doesn’t. I’m not sure if she is certified in yoga but her practice is mediocre. This place won’t last with her ungrateful attitude! Good luck w!

I've been going to Indigo for about a year and it has changed my life! I love the classes, the energy, and the instructors. Whitney and Benito have been hugely influential in my mental and physical health journeys. \u003c3

I moved to Las Cruces from San Diego and was worried about losing my yoga community, but Indigo Yoga has alleviated that fear and my experience with this studio has been beyond my expectations. I love everything about the people, the place, and the yoga that happens here :)

This is THE yoga studio for Las Cruces. Even if I lived in Organ or Tortugas I'd make the journey here. This studio, and the owners, teachers, volunteers who make it possible, saves lives. It saved my life. I have been a student and teacher of yoga for over 15 years. This is the kind of place where your practice becomes new again every time I get on the mat. The enery of curiosity, love and healing in this community is unmatched. Oh and btw; if you are concerned about safety; owners have an RN [REGISTERED NURSE] designed and supervised safety protocol. This isn't just a new covid thing, they were doing this from day 1. As a person with disabilities, I feel totally safe and welcome here, no questions asked.

This yoga studio has changed my overall outlook as a yogi partaking in yoga. I am a seasoned athlete who has repeatedly injured herself. I looked to yoga after my first surgery about two years ago. I have hopped around different yoga studio around New Mexico but indigo is like no other. That teachers are extremely trained and educated, the classes are unique, & as a person I feel overwhelmingly welcome. There are so many opportunities for Workshops & free classes so people of all levels can experience the entirety of what indigo yoga has to offer!

Recently moved to Las Cruces and this is the first studio I have checked out here. I had never done a Bik-Yasa class which is awesome!! My first class was with Jessica and second with Sergio!! Both were amazing instructors with great energy!! Look forward to the many different style classes!! Also, I was greeted by the owner Whitney today who was very welcoming!! Awesome studio!!
