I want to thank Adrian and Tyler for helping me get my Q50S all set up with new tires and rim repair. It rides great and looks great. The team did a great job arranging all of the scheduled maintenance and repairs. I love the fact that when one person isn’t there they can still help you… The team is so easy to work with and I really appreciate that they are there to take care of me… My original dealer vaporized and left me with no contact at all… Thank you San Jose infinity for being there.

I had prepaid maintenance service with Infiniti and always got an exceptional customer service from Kevin Tran (my primary technical advisor)! Never got disappointed and all works were done extremely fast and efficiently! Highly recommend place to keep your car in a good shape!

The best service I have experienced with any company. I was in Northern California visiting with my children and my car would not start. After locating Infinity of San Jose via phon, the entire process was extremely easy. They made an extra special effort to communicate with me and expedite the entire process for me. I am extremely happy with the service. Richie and Tyler were the best!

Brought my car in for service and was met with an amazing experience. Jose helped me and was informative and eager to help.
