I bought my car from this dealer. It now has 15000 miles. I made an appointment for free scheduled maintenance and had someone else drop off the car. They told my drop off person that I had asked for additional service and billed 350. After the additional service was completed they were unwilling to change the bill. Don’t trust the service department.

I just wanted to let you know how great of an experience I recently had with servicing my vehicle at the Tucson auto mall location recently. My wife and I brought in our Infiniti and service agent Chris Barnes was great. He was quick to help us, friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. He provided detailed information and explained various servicing options. With numerous other dealer brand experiences, we would say Chris was one of our best experiences. So thanks to Chris for his excellent customer service and his friendly personality in making us feel so welcome and valued as customers. The service was great and the bonus of having the vehicle washed is another great reason why we chose and stay with Infiniti

I had work done to my infiniti at this dealership. Work was not completed professionally at all. When they were unable to perform an advanced repair of my transmission computer, i paid near 500 for the fluid and gasket to be changed. The gasket leaks bad, and causes the expensive fluid to drain and transmission to slip. It was 10x worse going in tgan coming out, weeks later. Contacted infiniti corporate to get a resolution, and they said my car was out of warranty! Obviously it is, at 148k miles. A service that jiffy lube could have done for under 200 and had success, i would figure a luxury dealership and specialized training could have done as well. I would not recommend this dealership or infiniti to anyone i know. The extra pictures are how they left it after replacing the airbag under recall, filthy and greasy and damaged.

First thing is the salesman was VERY unprofessional. I had asked information on a car I was looking at and after multiple times of this person saying I’d receive this info through email, I never did. The salesman at one point was very rude towards me, all because I simply wanted to know how long an inspection took on a car. To clarify the salesman made it seem like if I purchased this car, this car would be inspected after purchasing but who in their right mind would pay money on a vehicle when u don’t know if the car is in good condition beforehand, (yes it was a used vehicle ). This is all stuff a dealership should have taken care of beforehand and before listing it. Finally, I called and asked what was going on that I couldn’t get my few simple questions asked, I THEN received the info I needed. Secondly, I made it clear on wanting to purchase this vehicle from the first day I walked in there ( guaranteed the salesman told me price was flexible and the car was in good condition) but I did NOT want to pay the sticker price because it was beyond overpriced. I get there to sit down and discuss what we can do price wise and they would not budge from sticker price. They told me this is x amount out the door, which was sticker price plus tax etc. I obviously said no I made this clear to this salesman I was NOT paying this amount and the sales manager basically said well this price or you don’t buy it. We went back and fourth then I eventually left. To say the least I went across the street and found the same exact same thing for a significant amount cheaper and I got all the information I waiting a week for from this dealership in a matter of 5 minutes lol. I will never be going back to do business at this dealership.

I live 45min away from the dealership and would drive there than take my car anywhere else for service. It's always done on time, it's always done right and everything is explained to me. Plus everyone's friendly! Highly recommend Infiniti of Tucson
