The room was much nicer than I expected! It was updated, clean, and spacious. Plus you can't beat the proximity to LAX. I'd stay here again for sure!
I felt very safe, and they have many staff devoted to cleaning everything! From elevator buttons to escalator handrails to slot machines, everything is wiped down.
I've been here a couple of times before and I have yet to run into any problems as of yet. The manager has always been very polite, kind, and accommodating when I've come to check in or even just to ask a question. Some of the rooms are currently being renovated. There used to be a bird bath fountain in the middle of the courtyard which has been replaced with some really pretty and colorful flowers and a cute little tree. The rooms are very big, spacious, and clean (clean bedding, fresh towels, NO BEDBUGS) everytime I've come. Although the rooms are smoking rooms, they don't smell of smoke which shows how well they clean after guests. The cable is Spectrum and they have a pretty good selection of channels along with some movie channels. The hotel is very convenient to food, shopping, entertainment, and just a few moments of a drive down imperial to LAX and the beach. I definitely refer this hotel to others that are interested in taking a little bae/vacation, rest, relaxation, and alone time.
Quiet location but only short distance from the LA airport. Recommended if you want to catch a late flight. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and heating.
The room itself wasn't bad (aside from there being no outlets anywhere near the bed and the toilet seat being VERY uncomfortable) but we were left waiting for our room for nearly half an hour because there was noone at the front desk. We rang the service bell and called multiple times to no avail.
We had a great time at the Kings Motel and the front desk was so lovely and helpful in getting us checked in
