I went in to Venice Ink Spot after visiting several other popular Tattoo shops in the Sarasota area. I was immediately impressed by the welcoming attitude of the staff. They displayed integrity and great pride in the quality of their service and finished product. Judd in particular stood out as I discussed the details of the custom piece I wanted. His enthusiasm and professionalism (and patience!) ultimately led me to select him as my artist. I can't wait to see the finished product!! Venice Ink Spot was truly a great find!

I had been itching for some new ink for some time and thought, what better time than while on a short vacation. I researched local shops and saw a bunch of glowing reviews for Ink Spot. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and immediately noticed the immaculate condition of the shop. Extremely clean and organized. I was then introduced to the shops owner Andrew who would be preforming the work I was requesting. Once the font and size were determined, he set up and we got to it. During the time the piece was being completed, it became clear that all the staff was pretty tight and on the same level which made me feel at ease. Good tunes played and many jokes were made, especially at the expense of "Randy" which was extremely entertaining. Overall, a great experience and the work (all healed up now) is flawless. I am extremely happy with this piece! Thanks for getting me back in the chair guys!
Ink Spot is the most affordable and reliable tattoo spot in the area. Matt is my artist and he is awesome. I created a drawing and he put his creative touch on it. He is an amazing artist and a life changer. He made an ugly scar on my leg beautiful... with art. The shop is very clean and sterile. The artists there are professional and their work is hanging every where.This is not a tattoo factory. The professionals here consider your input and deliver quality work.Thank you Ink Spot!
When we walked in to the place we were kindly greater by all staff members. Me and my friend did not have an appointment and were able to get a tattoo as soon as we walked in. The place is very clean and tidy. The lowest price for a tattoo is 60 bucks. Thai do was the tattoo artist who did me and my friends tattoo. I highly recommend this place if you are in Venice! Great people great price!
Jeff was great! He was able to fit two of us in on a holiday weekend. His work was perfect. The shop was clean and comfortable. All the guys there were super nice to us. I'd highly recommend them and would definitely go back.
Just had Randy touch up and add to an existing tattoo. I was recommended by a friend. I am very happy. He was patient with this baby and he did a great job with the addition (looks like it was always there). Thank you Randy! I will be back to have you fix my other tattoo. I know your an artist and prefer to create but I am thankful your fixing the tattoo's that I have.
I've been in here a couple times. Every time I have been, everyone has been so nice (unlike some other shops around Venice)! Along with everyone being friendly, its clean, sterile, and professional. I haven't had any work done from anyone but I know multiple people who have and I can say it's AMAZING work! I would HIGHLY recommend going here instead of any other shop. Hopefully I can get some work done by these incredible people soon!
