This review is for Doris Bennett. Such a great experience walking into the office. Felt so safe when they took my temperature. Very caring staff. The care I received in the chair was amazing as I was a little nervous before the surgery. The after care was the best every. My oxygen after the surgery was very low. After the staff noticed that they warmed me up with a blanket. After that my oxygen level went back up. So careful removing the IV. Easy post surgery instruction. Thank you again. Doris Bennett

Dr. Paxman and his staff were all so patient and kind throughout my time with them. I was so nervous because I’ve always had so many issues with my mouth/teeth and everyone did their best to make my appointments as positive as possible. I wouldn’t go to any other oral surgeon.

The BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. The procedure was quick and the staff was amazing. The doctor was very personable! They even made me a smoothie for my first day of recovery !!

Very poor and incompetent service when scheduling an appointment. I spoke with Monique from the Rancho office. She was very short with her answers and rather inpatient with my inquiries. She then cut me short and said we don’t accept patients without a referral and when I told her I can get referral from my general dentist she change her strategy and said they don’t accept self paying patients. She was trying really hard to drive me off from scheduling an appointment and I really don’t know what her motive. First her rude attitude then her relentless attempt to find any excuses to say no. I find that to be odd and it seems that she was just being mean or attempting to sabotage. Anyway I’ll find different provider. Keep up the rude attitude and hopefully soon the business will run out of patients and realize it was your inpatient and rude receptionist driving patients away.
