They charged me for a replacement card!!! 10 for a replacement debit card cuz mine got hacked.....are you serious?! Definitely switching to a better bank. Customer Service reps are friendly though.

The managers are lousy basically useless service people. Dealing with them is like dealing with a poor rated fast food drive thru person. Simple tasks and no result. They don’t care to help you unless you are in their face. I used to love this banking institution. This place sucks! You’re better off saving your money in your mattress.

I absolutely LOVE Inland Valley Credit Union. I have gotten two car loans with them. I have also had a debt consolidation loan with them. They are patient, they work with you, they are LOVELY. Treats for you on Fridays. They are like family. Marlene is AMAZING. She helped me get my first car at 18. After I paid it off, I was approved to get another at 20. These reviews do not do justice. Trust me. They are awesome.
