I bought acid in 55 gallon drums and they charged me a 40.00 dollars core charge for the barrel. I went to take back empty barrel to get my core charge back and they said they no longer take back barrels.

In the past two weeks, we have made several orders with Integra and have been satisfied each time. Additionally, they have put up with us adding additional chemicals to orders, checking tracking information, trying to help with missing orders (UPS's fault, not theirs), and helping us find a substitute chemical they have on hand when another company fell through two days before our scheduled experiment. They have literally saved our butts and have been very nice and helpful while doing it. They also ship very quickly within Washington. Definitely would recommend, and we will order from them again in the future.
