Our experience from start to finish was exceptional! The owner came out to our home for the initial consultation and was punctual, courteous, and professional. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised the timeline we were quoted for the installation of the closet doors was spot on. Connor was part of the installation team and it was immediately evident both team members were experts in their craft. We also appreciated that they arrived at the time scheduled and were neat and tidy after the job was completed. Although we initially thought the cost of the doors was on the high side, we would absolutely not hesitate to hire Interior Door and Closet Company with future home improvements. The quality of the doors and service provided was worth the cost without question. Thank you for transforming our master bedroom from ordinary to fabulous!

Stephen and his team have provided a unique solution for my large living space area. I needed to create a den in my living room and still leave enough space for the common area where I can entertain. Stephen offered Shoji come along system, which turned out to be perfect for my home. The order was ready sooner than expected and installation went quickly. The installation team was professional and tidy. My room still gets plenty of light and feels open and airy with the Shoji divider I can close the den with the panels to create privacy for when we have company.

Not happy with the overall experience. Waited 8 weeks, then I had to be the one to call to follow up with the delivery. They confirmed one time for delivery and arrived 3 hours earlier. Wanted some sound proofing from the new doors and got hollow doors, unlike the old doors I replaced. They wanted to remove and take away my old bedroom and bathroom doors for 5 days before installing the new ones, leaving us with no bedroom or bathroom privacy during that time. They charged my credit card for the final payment before sending me the electronic signature page for my consent/signature.
