I had english conversational private lessons for 12 hours. The teacher was great, she had lots of patience, very good manners and a big constantly smile. I can say my english really improved. I would highly recommend International School of Languages to anyone who wants to improve in english speaking language.

I have taken beginner Spanish lessons here since September 2012, and have been very pleased with my progress. My instructor was always prepared for class, and did a good job explaining confusing subjects (for me, it was grammar, while for another student in my class, it was pronunciation). The office staff was very helpful, and was great about setting up make-up classes for me whenever I had a scheduling conflict. If you're hoping to learn a new language, or brush up on one that's gotten rusty, I would definitely recommend Language Fundamentals. Also, it's nearby a pretty good burger place.

I took both Portuguese and Hebrew at ISL for a few months and I was thrilled with the service I received. The school is very small which allows for you to get more individualized attention from the teacher and you get a chance to build good relationships with those around you as well. I really enjoyed the approaches that were used in classes. The Portuguese teacher, Rosangela, really went above and beyond and worked hard to ensure that we were really pushing ourselves in class and working outside of the classroom as well (she also brought in pão de queijo which was a delicious motivator). I had a blast refreshing my Hebrew skills with private lessons and group classes as well. The teacher, Miriam, was very supportive as we went over the alef-bet, basic vocabulary, and conversational Hebrew that I'd be able to use everyday during my trip to Israel. She was really creative and made class very interactive sometimes even with songs and coloring (2 activities that I feel are underrated when it comes to learning a new language!). The administrative team was extremely flexible with me and I could not be happier with the relationships I've made at ISL or with the language services I've received. I am taking a break for now just because I can't find the time these days but as soon as that changes I will be back in the classroom. I found their classes and lessons to be quite affordable and everyone you interact with there truly wants to help you on you goal of learning a new language. It's a really uplifting environment!

WORST management & irresponsible customer service! (I would rate a negative star if I could!) I've registered for the Japanese language spring classes like one month ago. ONE hour prior to the class started , I got a call from the center saying that the classes is CANCELLED due to I'm the only student where they need at least 2 pax to start the group class!! I was being recommended to wait a week or two perhaps there will be additional head count for the class, or I can switch it to private lesson ( 7 instead of 11 classes for what I've paid .) I will appreciate if they could carry on the class as I was given such a last minute notice. However, I was not being offered that . Instead , I requested for refund as I'm so disappointed with the management. Meanwhile , other language schools has started their spring classes too , means that I can't sign up at other centers too! Well, I wish you luck if you were to sign up for this school.
