Car shopping is admittedly not my favorite activity - I get attached to my old car and the way everything is set up that I can't help but compare. And as a woman, I am hesitant to open up about what I want because of the horror stories we are told about being taken advantage of when buying a car. That said, I'm clearly a tough customer. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and answering any questions I had. The money end of things can also be a bit scary, but Ryan was great at figuring out what would work best for my financial situation. In the end, I feel as if I got what I wanted for a fair price.

My experience was awesome! I felt very comfortable with the Saleswoman Chris. She knew the car inside and out. I didn’t feel any pressure. She made my car buying experience a pleasure. first time ever feeling this way. even working with the finance salesman was a great!

Excellent costumer service. The service department staff was extremely nice and fast. The sales team is polite and not pushy. Totally worth the extra miles for the great costumer service. Totally different the an the Wakefield location!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Purchasing a car has never been longer and more painful. After three hours of paperwork I was told my car would have a few minor repairs and housekeeping and would be ready soon. After a few days Chris informed me the repairs “were not priority” and she had to coordinate a ride for herself so she didn’t know when I would be able to get my car. Over the next week and a half of communication Chris became increasingly rude and made it seem as if delivering my purchased vehicle was a chore she just didn’t have the time for. I wouldn’t recommend going here, I deeply regret my decision.
