We recently had a critical computer outage that crippled one of our plants. Cimbas support worked on this for 5 days and still no resolution, and a total lack of priority on it. They had incorrect information the whole time. No longer going to use their services. I would suggest that you don't either if you ever have a critical need.

To the fake review paid for by Scott mentioning "10 years." What he failed to mention is that the 10 years has been supported by a totally different side of the company that fortunately, Scott doesn't manage and never will, Scott can barely plug in a computer much less know programming. it's a software company from the current owners parents (the built it and passed it down). Cimbas was built and driven by the co-owners parents. Scott has managed the IT side of Cimbas for many years (because he is financial partners with the manager of the software side) and watched clients drop repeatedly each month. His employee turnover rate is incredible, with an almost 95% turnover rate (which is why you won't see anyone employed with them for a long time). Scott is known for panicking under next to no pressure, making rash decisions putting employees livelihood at risk so that he can cover up his own incompetence, and simply bad business as a whole. If you want to overpay a company built on Daddy and Mommy's money ran by spoiled children that want to leave early every Friday, this is the place to do business. If you want to find an IT services company where the owner eats, sleeps, and breathes IT working 80 hours a week, find another company please.

I've done a good deal of work for and with Cimbas over the years and have found them to be professional and super knowledgeable! With the advent of ransomware and so many other malicious attacks it's great to have the protection of a team who are passionate about getting it right! Give them a try!

Try out Custom Cloud Solutions, their owner is much more knowledgeable when it comes to the field of IT. Scott Ainsworth (owner of Cimbas) couldn't even manage a lemonade stand.
