Always love going to the Melting Pot. The food is so great and the service is exceptional. They had to move us because the heater on our table was broken and they were so nice about it. The bar service was good, strong drinks. The food was quite good as well, spinach artichoke fondue and original chocolate for dessert. Also had a salad that was amazing.

My kids loved it! The four course meal is a lot for one person so I would suggest splitting it and then adding more of what you like. Also ask for a table with 2 pots even if your 4 people so you can try different cheeses, bouillon and chocolate for dessert! 5 Stars for this place!

You can never go wrong at The Melting Pot in Irvine! This is a family favorite. Fondue is so fun and so yummy and this place does it right! If you have never been, you should give them a call and make yourself a reservation. When we lived closer, we would go often for happy hour in the bar! I really cannot say anything bad about this place! The food is great; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on the food and tastes. This is for sure a place to try if you have not yet!
Awesome place to take the family out for dinner. Love that they take reservations way ahead of time. After I booked the reservation I got a text reminder the day before on Yelp. Great dinner and excellent service.
4.5 Star rating for this special night and the ease of setting up this large party reservation. From the time I called to ask about a large party reservation, to the time I paid my bill, the team it took to get the night perfect was exceptional. To have a large party reservation you will be asked to fill out a large party agreement. On this agreement you select the food, dessert and number of attendees. I emailed my request late and they accepted it no problem. I asked that they confirm they received my email and they confirmed. They also called the same day to make menu suggestions based on my party, and it was greatly appreciated. When our party showed up, the table was ready (Wednesday night) :30 minutes prior to our reservation. The table was perfectly setup like I requested, balloons and flowers for the bday wife. The waitress and the server were excellent and communicated well. My only complaint was the drinks weren't coming out fast enough. At one point one of my guests complained to me that she had not received her drink as the server was walking back in. Server over heard us, realized he forgot, and went right back to get it. That was my only minor complaint. The family had an awesome time and I can't thank the staff enough for this memorable night and making it perfect. If we don't happen to come back to this particular location, I'm sure we will visit other locations. Kudos to the large party staff.
I have always enjoyed my experience at the melting pot. They have always taken care of us, and I aggressively recommend them on a regular basis. The melting pot has a variety of menu options and there is definitely something for everyone. I find it a lot of fun to cook my own food, especially in a non traditional fashion. The best part is if you get the three course meal.. and can't eat all the dessert... You can get a "rain check" to just get dessert on a different occasion.
Great service and one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and really knows how to lighten the mood.
