Can’t say it was fast. We were the only people there and it was an hour and a half. I understand that the ‘recall’ part might have taken longer but seemed crazy. the value of service with the email we received for an oil change was great. It was disappointing, though, the pandemic procedures. We took a chance to go to a place we weren’t sure if the standards were serious or not. and seeing half without masks coming in and out of the waiting area, to use the coffee machine ensured us that our safety wasn’t a big concern. Nice to see some of the seating gone, but did not make me or my husband feel safe to be waiting there for our car. We chose not to use the bathroom or partake of the free coffee offered because all the non-mask employees used both.

It took a long time, and I tried to get the paperwork handled before I got there, as she could have filled all the paperwork out first and then I would not have to sit there as she typed in all my info which she could have gotten done over the phone. Also she only showed us one car, why is that? I liked the car but I felt I didn't have any other options, only one car to choose from. We even asked if we could go onto the lot and look around she said yes but yet we weren't given time to. Also the car we were shown the window sticker was pulled off the window you could even see where the sticker was but yet it was gone. Is Clay Cooley trying to hide something? I did not like that and was told I could look at other window stickers but I also was not allowed time to go look. So my question is why was the window sticker pulled off and what was the real price of the car it was something that was hidden from me. With no sticker on the car they could add a few thousand on and I never would have known, how sad. Other than that she was a real sweet girl, but it just seemed sneaky how they took the window sticker off the car before we got to see the window price.

Went to look at a truck totally not expecting to buy. Janet and Rafae made the entire process so easy and took care of everything. They are so nice and go above and beyond to help their customers.
I had a wonderful experience today with the service department. Previously I had a diagnostic test done at a different Nissan dealership and was told I needed several things done. My service advisor Ali was excellent!! He kept me in the loop with my repair process and also the technician (forgot his name sorry) explained everything to me as well. I ended up not needing as much done. This dealership is closer to me so I will continue to have my Rogue serviced here.
