I went to the department of Health & Human Services with my daughter to get a food voucher. This office is very neat and very clean. The parking lot is neat and well kept as well. The office looks fairly new and the entrance is very modernized and has a welcome feel. In order to get a food voucher, I believe you have to have Proof of income, I didn't application, mail with your address on it, and Social security cards for each person in your family. Although there were approximately 3 other people ahead of us, it didn't take long for us to be called. Once called we were escorted to a small office where a lady asked us a few questions, and then gave us a slip of paper and showed us through a door where they actually provided a grocery basket full of food. We took the food to the car and then returned the grocery basket. The people who assisted us were all volunteers. They were all very nice and very pleasant to work with. When you're waiting for the representatives to provide your food basket, there are other food items that you are allowed to select from and take with you as well. For instance, they had sweet potatoes, milk, bagels, hygiene products, canned foods and other things. If you need food, this is definitely the place to go.

For representing services for the state of Texas and Dallas County the staff is really rude they are not punctual, we are paying for immunization we are not here to get them free. And to top it off they can't get there stuff together. I think Dallas County needs to hire new staff for the City of Irving.

An afdordble hospitlal! Staffs were nice and friendly. Moreover it was a calm and quite place. One has to pay 10 for his/her first visit and 5 on the visits other than first.

Came in to get a shot in the morning, there was no line, the nurse who gave me my shot was very rude though. It took her no more than 5 seconds to give me my shot, she didn't even warn me or anything, she just stuck the needle in my arm right when I sat down. And while I was leaving, she quickly shut the door behind me, I was a bit shocked because I had never experienced this type of service at a health center. Front desk ladies were very nice though, I don't know why the nurse was how she was. I don't get why she works at a health center if she has no patience.

This clinic is horrible! I wish I could give it ZERO stars! The staff are rude and very unprofessional. Came here at 10am and there was a sign up saying that the clinic was closed due to max capacity yet there were 4 rows of open seats in the waiting area. The won’t even acknowledge you when you walk in to ask a question. We waited outside the building in hopes they would re-open the clinic and the lady said she was going to call the Fire Marshall! Really?! There was only 4 of us. I doubt the fire marshall would shut the place down before of 4 people standing outside. What a bunch of baffoons. You would think they would have an organized system by handing out numbers to patients or letting them sign in so you know who was there first.
