When I was choosing a lawyer, Arvin Saenz, with his answers to my questions and his recommendations to me, inspired my trust as a respectable person and a competent immigration lawyer. I chose Arvin to represent my interests in the immigration court and I was not mistaken. ARVIN WINS MY CASE. My documents and their English translation provided by Arvin's firm were accepted by the court on the first try, without rejection by the court and ICE. He often took time after work to advise me and prepare me for trial. He or his legal assistant (when Arvin was at another client's court hearing) were always available on the phone and I got answers to my questions. After Arvin won my case in court, he and his legal assistant helped me find local organizations that helped me with housing for the first time.
