Caleb from Brown & Joseph keeps calling our office regarding a past due account from 2019 from a \client\ that has acknowledged receipt of payment. Aggressive, ignorant, and fraudulent. I have forwarded to BBB for review. If they call again it will be harassment.
Horrible! They keep calling and emailing me about an account that is not even mine. I’ve insisted they stop communicating with me, yet they have failed to do so.
Man wished I had read the reviews before giving out my credit card number to pay my insurance that I had owed before I cancelled back in July 14th, 2020. Got my insurance payment back in June, and cancelled it on July 14th, 2020, and yet Liberty Mutual Insurance still sent me 2 bills. And just got one from Brown & Joseph, LLC saying i still owed 158.06 that I needed to pay it to get it resolved. And when I wen't to give them my credit card number the guy said everything was good to go. And I get a call back about 45 minutes later saying my credit card declined. So will not be doing business with Liberty Mutual anymore or Brown & Joseph, LLC oh the scammers.
Even the company they said I had a debt with told me they are a scam and what they are doing it illegal. I can't believe the FBI hasn't shut them down yet.
