Purchased a table from this company. It is absolutely beautiful and design! Unfortunately the company refuses to send me any caulking to fix the top of the table. After I put it together about a week later the caulking started ripping apart at all the seams. This causes crumbs to get stuck and it’s just really gross. They say that their products are made overseas, my guess is China, and unfortunately they will not give me any matching grout. Lowe’s and Home Depot don’t sell anything that matches

I have had a terrible experience with them. First the bed broke within 6 months of use. The wooden supports they use are of very poor quality. Then I ordered the parts. they got the order wrong. Send some correct parts only. Then I called again and they sent the remaining parts. Wanted to charge shipping again, which is like 30 USD each time. Finally they waived off shipping and send the correct part. But guess what no Hardware (screws/washer) to connect the parts. So I called them again. The hardware is sold separately. Now, how am I supposed to know that if I to order parts, I should know to order the hardware separetly. I told them my problem, they informed me what parts I needed, they should have mentioned hardware also. So now I have to order hardware and pay for shipping again, as I did not order it with my first order. This is my last try, after that never buying top line furniture again, cause it is bottom quality.
