Awful customer service. I purchased my car from them in August and needed a new battery today, less than six months after purchasing. The car has less than 35,000 miles on it. They wanted to charge 360 for a new battery. 74 of that for a diagnostic fee and 100 labor cost. Insane. I took it to Monro and paid 160. Even after paying Maguire their 74 diagnostic fee (what a joke) I will have saved over 100.

Matthew Jacobs was my sales person and he was absolutely great. He was very person and understanding of our wants and need. He was honest and upfront with the price and payment options. He even was great with my child. I would definitely buy through him again. Also am going to recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

I felt very comfortable with his professionalism. Just a great experience got the truck I wanted and the price was right. Mathew is the man. I highly recommend him and Maguire Ford! 10 out of 10
