My wife and I were shopping for a like new used F250 Ford Super Duty and had gone to several different places looking at their inventory and were lied to and found their stock to be very inferior , I'll just stop with that sure you've been their yourselves. When we called JW Trucks after seeing their web site we spoke with one of their sales staff Rowland Johnson and right from the first phone conversation to the signing of the paperwork he was very courteous, informative, respectful and showed something you rarely see anymore HEART! You could tell by his listening to you and his answers you had met and made a friend. As for the rest of staff we met Mike the finance manager, Louis the money and paperwork superman to even meeting the owner himself came over and introduced himself and I'm here to tell you it was a fine privilege to meet that man as well as the rest of them and you'll know what we mean when you meet him and the rest yourself

So I contacted them regarding a trade in, which was a 2014 f250 4x4 work body with a 160,000 miles and nothing wrong with it. So I asked what they would allow on trade in and they told me 7k! I told them they are trying to rip me off because the value is still 12-13k. After I pointed that out it was the end of our conversation! They no longer wanted to do any dealings! Be aware if you do any trade ins, also had a issue when we purchased a vehicle 4 years ago on the documentation! Will go thousands a miles away if I need to and make a purchase that I can trust!
I purchased a 2012 F-150 4x4 with only 23K miles as a 2nd vehicle. I was able to conduct entire transaction over the telephone from another state. My salesperson Tom B. is great to work with and arranged professional delivery to my door. The online description was accurate and I was very happy with the truck’s condition (JW did a multi-point inspection with fresh oil change). With full sized 4x4 pickups going for premium prices it was great not having to pay over 20K. Nice job JW Trucks!

I just bought a 2014 ford transit connect xlt from JW and Tom was my sales associate. The process was super fast and easy, I was in and out in under an hour and back to the office.
