A job was advertised on the Jabil website. I tried to apply but realized that there is a typo on my email address. I am unable to correct my email address. I have tried creating another account with my correct email but the system keeps taking me back to the incorrect email account. I have tried reaching IT help to get this corrected but am told there is no IT person who can help me. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. They gave me a name Alicia and asked me to call the next day because she is not available. I asked for a last name and was told just ask for Alicia. This was during office hours yesterday So I call again today and ask for Alicia. they ask me for a last name. When I told them I was not given one yesterday, they say that they cannot transfer the call without a last name. It is their policy not to transfer calls without a last name and then yesterday they give me a first name of Alicia but refuse to give me a last name. I called at 4 p.m. today and was told that Alicia was not available to take my call today either. Running around in circles is this stupid of what. Horrible service.

Does not care for employee's forcing me to me to work during shelter in place and it's not essential job.
If I could give a negative star response I would. This company hit our truck and damaged our cargo. I spoke with Tariq in security who was going to call me back and have never heard from him. I've called multiple times and the phone just rings and no one picks up. hmmm that's how I want my main number listed on the internet to be handled....
WHAT A LOVELY COMPANY!!! They really take care of the people that walk through their doors!! Workers, customers even temps;) I hope to be a permanent employee soon(fingers crossed)
