Worked with Mike at the 1st Ave store to get 4x New Tires for my vehicle. He was Fantastic to work with. Highly satisfied. I had some shaking initially after picking up my car, Mike was quick to have me in and did a re-balance and the vehicle works great. Last month I had my tires serviced at Jack Furrier on Valencia in Tucson. I was very happy with the excellent service. This month I bought four new tires and had them installed. I had an internet coupon too so I wound up saving 70 dollars of an already low price. I also had them do an alignment and that was reasonably priced too. When I drove the car they asked me how is it? I said about 95%. They said "not good enough" and re balanced the tires. NOW it is 100%! The car drives like it is brand new again and I was treated like gold by the members at that location. A special thank you to Adrian and John and all the workers. I am 100% satisfied with the job and the cost. I can't see any reason to go anywhere else and I have actually done the research on that.
Today I took my Toyota Tundra to Jack Furriers on 22nd street for new tires, possible alignment and a oil change. My mistake for thinking it would be okay to trust them to take care of my oil change to save me time to not schedule oil change at Toyota dealer, where I usually take it. It cost me more time and money, 77 extra for them to replace the oil cap they broke off. Then blamed it was too tight. I took my broken cap back to the Toyota dealership to have it evaluated and they showed more compassion for what happen then the manager at Jack Furriers. It was clear they did not use proper tool to remove the cap. I could see the stripped teeth on oil cap grip and they had to of hammered the top off completely to break into all the pieces in the way it did. When I called back to Jack Furriers to let them know my confirmation from the dealership and of my disappointment for not taking the responsibility to pay for what they broke! The manager only replied with smudge attitude "ok, thats too bad." I explained I would not be returning to do any more business with them for our 3 vehicles. I Do Not recommend a place that will not take responsibility or pay for their own mistakes. Last note, The alignment report was adjusted so slightly under Tow report only and nothing else. Feel like it was not necessary but another charge for me today. Returning to the Toyota dealership for better quality service all around.
Unbelievable service. I went there because I had two tires losing air and Jack sells Pirelli tires like mine. They repaired both tires for free! They said Jack does free repairs whether he sold you your tires or not. They said, “That’s the way Jack does business.” Amazing and so refreshing. I will be going back when my Pirellis need replacement
Furriers is our go to when we have tire issues, weather on our company work trucks, forklifts or semi even my personal vehicles. We are on a first name bases with a handful of the guys in the Palo Verde location because I know we will always be taken care of. These are guys you can trust
My furrier manager is Earnie at the speedway store. He is a spectacular help whenever needed. It is like you are the only customer that matters. They make the repair job right the first time. Rechecks are never needed. They get my highest recommendation!
