Have not been to this place since the pandemic started. It was great to be back and the food was as good as ever. They are very clean and I felt safe. The staff was very attentive as always. Glad nothing changed. Met up with an old friend here and spent 2 hours there for a late lunch. Very comfortable as always! Can't wait to go back!

I love Pio Pio. Everytime I've come here, the food is delicious. Today was no different. We had 8 people come celebrate my birthday at Pio Pio so we ordered 2 matador specials and a jalea. At first I was worried it wouldn't be enough food, but we feasted on our plates as soon as they were set down. I didn't even get a picture for my review. We all were so full and satisfied by the time they cleared our table. Great place. Great food. Great social distancing too.
For the price the quality wasn’t great, my son got el lomo salteado and the rice tasted old and stored, I ordered shrimp and i asked my plate without rice, and they wanted to charge me more for change the rice for some vegetables or salad, and for the price just 6 shrimp? Wow, And on top of everything they gave us half tomato literally I know we are in a middle of a pandemic but for those prices sangría served in a plastic cups ? very disappointed
Their wait staff name Gerardo had no good service of serving. First of all he couldn’t understand English well. I asked him get me water n he gets me coke I told him I need water not coke n then he makes faces n even his service was very slow. Each item it was taking so long to get on table. Almost each item it was taking 25min. Even Gerardo was not paying proper attention. Every time I had to call him for napkins n even he didn’t gave me fork n knife. I’m not going back. Very bad service we had.
