My wife and I purchased a 24x30 Carport and the comfortable customer services that we received from the Sales Representative Bethany Cuneio was way beyond our expectations to say the least. She was very helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, and cheerful in assisting us with other specific things regarding our 1st time Carport that we were not aware of. She has a very strong knowledge base of the various components of the business in providing valuable assistance to her customers. It was an extreme pleasure working with her. I highly recommend this Phenomenal individual Sales Representative to others in the future. I would also like to give high praise in the installation of our carport, the two installers Keith and James were very professional and they really worked well together they both complemented each other and I was very happy having them work on my carport. They are both very hard working employees and are a valuable asset to the R & B Metal Structures company and should be commended highly for the professional work that they both performed for my wife and I. R & B Solutions should be commended for the top quality and dedicated professional employees specifically these three individuals they have working for them.
I would recommend this company to anyone. Mike Davis was very friendly and explained information very well. My building was delivered much sooner than expected. Kudos to David (Scott). Very informative and hard working young man. He setup my building in a reasonable amount of time and he did it all by himself on a hot day.
I bought a building from this company and then after getting to the end of my paymentt my for some reason i was mailed a paper saying another company was taking over my payments. But I still pay the same exact company. Then when i call to check how many payments I owe. I was told I have 6 more payments. I was supposed to have my buolding paid off in April and they tell me I have till July. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
