I need to renew my prescription so I called what I thought was express medical help line was actually Dr Lopez direct line. As a customer I thought well hey it was an honest mistake I had the numbers saved incorrectly. I received a text message that said “please text me” I replied and informed whomever that I was driving and I have a young passenger in my vehicle and that I needed to talk over the phone. To my surprise Dr Lopez answers the phone with a very unpleasant tone asking me what did I want. I asked him the questions I needed to know and felt as a customer that I wasting his time and that i must have been in the way.

The office staff is professional & courteous. I was very intimidated by this whole process. The staff made me feel comfortable and it was a very seamless process. I highly recommend their services!

I was considering transferring service until speaking to a customer service representative on the phone. He was VERY rude, condescending, and curt. After receiving this treatment on the phone, there was no way I could even consider this place. There are SO many other options. If I were you, I would look elsewhere.
