2.7 rating?? Don’t believe this number. My husband and I were walk in appointments today and they took us first thing upon arriving. Such friendly staff and great morale. The system for DEERS kept timing out, yet everyone who worked there kept a positive attitude and told us to wait it out. With patience and persistence - we finally got our ID. We had to wait a bit, but highly recommend coming here to get anything done! Thanks guys!

Should have been a 5 star but the ID Card building isn't what shows here, it is currently at Bldg A122 and the guys on the gate didn't know that. Make an appointment online and you have head of the line for your time. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF, wait room set for COVID requirements, quick, painless and friendly.
Great customer service. Computers were slow, but can't blame the people at location for that when it is an issue DoD wide.
I have absolutely no idea why this facility rates so poorly. Hint: Always go online to make your appts at the ID Centers. If you don't, you'll have a long wait. Friendly staff, easy in and out. They process a lot of people without appts, and it makes their jobs a lot more difficult, and time consuming for everyone. Only took about 15 mins to get my new permanent Veteran govt ID card and Medicare info updated. Start to finish. Really. That quick. Just have all your necessary paperwork, and you will make their work so much easier to perform quicky, neatly and effortlessly.
Too many issues to tell. Unbelievable, this place is hands down reportable for fraud waste and abuse just by how much they waste peoples time. I was a walk in expecting to wait a lot, but was flabbergasted that two workers decided to have a twenty minute conversation about their weekend plans. The man behind the counter is rude and acts like I should know the inner workings of the facility and that all walk-ins are second rate customers that deserve to be treated as such and we should have made an appointment even though the closest one is a month away. Full waiting room and no sense of urgency. Plenty more issues though, wish I could give zero stars.
