I rarely write reviews but with the service I received this weekend it was a must! The process to make an appointment was seamless thanks to Amber. She was patient, friendly and efficient. We managed to snag a last minute appointment because she called around to see if she could make it happen. Jeff was very responsive and addressed any and every concern we had. Our technician, Kahlil, came to the appointment on time and was very thorough with his WDO inspection. I definitely recommend McCall's and will use them again!

Mccall has been servicing our lawn and providing termite protection for over 5 years! We were displeased with our old service and a coworker saw how frustrated we were and suggested McCall. That was over 5yrs ago. McCall has been professional and provided superb service since day one. Our tech taught us to cut the grass high and cautioned us not to over water, especially during evening hours. We now grasscycle the clippings to feed the lawn. In the beginning, we were bagging and doing all the wrong things, but we're straight now! In our experience over all these years, a great-looking lawn doesn't just happen. It takes a lawn service that sticks to what they know and are passionate about what they do! I appreciate how McCall literally strives to beautify our property and has provided us customer service that is unparalleled! Thank you McCall, we now have the lush green lawn we've always wanted. Called them on Monday because they were a local company and had great reviews. They explained their services and the benefits of their yearly protection contract and discounts. Then scheduled the inspection and first application for Wednesday morning. The technician; Jimmy called and showed up on time. He was polite, professional, explained everything, answered my questions and finished his work. I have had past control companies and yearly contracts before. This was priced well and I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Thanks for protecting my home.
