As a Chinese and Cantonese, so far this is the best and real Asian dessert and boba tea I can find. I tried Kung fu tea, Q cup, Tsaocaa and there is one more place on beac Blvd forget the name, Mumuyi has the best milk tea!!! All their cakes are delicious as well. This is probably will be the only place I go for boba.

Yum! They serve the best boba milk tea I've had in a long time. They take custom cake orders and also offer mochi, cake rolls and crepe cakes. The menu is limited and they sell out of certain bakery items pretty quickly. The menu (which has expanded since the time of my photos) is posted in the window and there is a booth inside the bakery which allows for one customer to enter the store at a time. *Try the Pork song babes if you love sweet and salty, they're delicious!

I went a few weeks ago and I am just astonished at how delicious this place is. If you are ever in the mood for dessert and have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go! The menu has such variety and the business is owned by a female! Please go support small businesses, especially people of color and female owned! As for the food and drinks, the passion lime tea is refreshing. It has a kick of sour but still a good aftertaste from the toppings. Definitely recommend getting this drink. The mango sago creme is amazing too but might be odd to eat if you don’t like what’s inside. It has freshly cut mango, tapioca, coconut milk, and is great on a spring day. It’s a thick consistency and texture wise is so different and new in a good way. The matcha Mille crepe was one of my favorites at the place. It had so many layers, tasted authentic, and melted in your mouth through each layer. I throughly enjoyed devouring this crepe. It’s also a pretty decent size for one crepe! I would love to come back next time and try the rest. The coconut bite cubes came for free, courtesy of the owner. The texture is like biting into uncooked tofu but coconut flavor. This type of dessert is definitely for specific people but I appreciated the kind gesture so much. I would love to come back soon and support their business!

Amazing local bakery specializing in Asian snacks and goodies, plus Boba. A must try the Crepe Cake.

This place is a small shop but, super good! I got the boba milk tea, the mango sago creme, and the soymilk custard. The boba milk tea was at the perfect sweetness and super creamy! The boba wasn't the typical large boba. It was the smaller boba. The mango sago creme was super good and creamy and fruity. The soymilk custard was very good and not too sweet. Eating it with the boba milk tea took the flavor of both of them to the next level! I will certainly be coming back here to try more goodies!
