Two years ago, I gave this place five stars. But ever since the \covid\ lie started, they've gone out of their way to slack off and ignore our maintenance requests. I've been waiting a week for a fluorescent light bulb! Save yourself the 1550 per month for an outdated house and no assistance when needed, and live out in town. This place has become an absolute EXPENSIVE joke. I regret ever saying anything nice about these obvious crooks.

Do not rent! customer service does not exist. Houses are outdated since they where made in the1980s. Multiple maintenance problems and way too expensive for the size and luxury they provide. Having the beach nearby is not worth the amount of struggle you will endour.
Where to begin...so housing is all dated from the 1970s and the maintenance behind it is also about just as dated. The interior has about 50 different layers of paint on top of each other. It is so badly done that doors do not even close properly because of this. Door knobs come off or break off regularly, all appliances are well past the life expectancy but they will not replace unless it is absolutely necessary. All carpets will be “brand new” and yet it all looks like it has been there for 3-5 years. Any minor wear and tear will be deducted from your account at almost double the cost. Balfour Beatty was recently recognized as one of the worst military housing communities and all they ask to do is “strive for five stars.” They do not really care for you or you’re families well being they just are a money grabbing company that knows they will not lose the military contract anytime soon and treat all families with that respect. Please do not live here unless it is a last resort option. If I could I would give it negative stars.
Black mold in the barracks; air conditioning regularly goes out; takes weeks for issues to be addressed if at all. You're better off homeless.
Good luck getting anyone on the phone, EVER! A/c constantly goes out Plumbing has not worked in the three years we've lived here yet they won't fix the root issues Mold mold mold!! No matter how much you clean or how many times they come \treat\ the area. Maintenance is better at putting bandaids to Cover up the issues than actually fixing anything (can't tell you how many times I heard \we have to order parts\) and then they never came back or followed up. For the amount of money you will pay to be here you might as well rent a house with a yard and avoid these many issues.
