I stopped in today as I was driving by while in Jacksonville on vacation visiting family. I am thinking about adding an outdoor kitchen, so I went in to see what they have. Fantastic showroom and cool stuff. Phil and Geoffrey were awesome and I will definitely be back since they can ship it to me out of state.

We bought a 21K unit and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/26/21, then moved to 3/2/21, then 3/5/21, then 3/8/21 and now 3/18/21. They also called us to get our final payment two different times and can never locate our file when we call. We've spoken with one higher up who says their customer service and organization is terrible. If we could cancel it and get our money back we would. We live in such a broken world and it's so sad that companies like this exist.
