I’d never used a travel consultant/company before. After having TripVax plan my trip, from start to finish, I’ll never do it myself again. From helping me choose the destination, to handling flights, hotels, excursions, and ground transportation...they were totally knowledgeable and professional. Did I mention that they offered the best overall rates that I could find? They also made sure my destination was clean compliant. I didn’t even know that was a thing until they told me about it. Booked a group trip to Trinidad for Carnival. Working with Eon(Booking Agent) to book and pay was very smooth. Stacy(Trip Agent)was amazing, she provided clear and detailed communication about the set up of our trip. She was always available to talk and supported any additional requests we made during the trip. She was even open to feedback and suggestions to improve the trip experience even more for next year. They both helped to make this one of the best vacations we have ever had! I would definitely book again with Trip Vax!

I called tripvax on a Wednesday to fly out of the country the problem was I didn’t know what country . Kamen one of the representatives walked me through step by step picking out a country hotel and flight. Tripvax had me on a flight Thursday morning!! I flew on delta with no layovers!!! This ended up being the most amazing trip I have ever taken. Zoetry the resort was amazing clean food was excellent and service was 5star. Thankyou Kamen and the whole tripvax team I will definitely use you guys for my next trip!!

I am writing about Queen Simone and TripVax from Aswan, Egypt. Egypt has always been a distant dream for me. Well on November 14, 2019 I made it a \BORN DAY\ reality with Mrs. Simone's help. As a matter of fact, no matter who answered when I called be it Queen Erica or Mr. Kamen they all treated me as if I was their client and I greatly appreciate you all for that. I am a solo traveler and this is my first trip of this distance and Mrs. Simone, listened to all of my questions and believe me there were plenty(). But she understood and made sure that my desires came to pass. I am 6 days into my trip of a lifetime and each day I have had my own private escort/guide who have all been beyond amazing. I struggle with the Egyptian pound and they are right there to assist me and give tip suggestions and even change my usd and euro currency as well. With every flight once I land on the tarmac there is a private escort there to assist me at passport control and any and all travel needs throughout the airport to my hotel dropoff. They nor have I missed a beat and they are always in place by phone, WhatsApp etc. I have never used a travel agent before but now I overstand the very importance of Mrs. Simone and the very need for such amazing stress free travel experience. Mrs. Simone IS TOP OF THE LINE POUND FOR POUND!!!! You will not be disappointed. Mrs. Simone, thousands upon thousands of miles away is still getting things done on my behalf even with my various destinations providing surprise birthday celebrations for me including my escorts being aware. And she also just reaches out to see how my days journey is going and I thank God for her. I have no proper words to Express my gratitude and this in awe real time experience that I am having. But I will say this....you know that thing that you have been dreaming about doing, thinking about doing...yes that thing....you should do it!!!! Here's to living your life out loud.
