So happy I chose Jalee among the many, many jewelers in Flushing! I came here to get a small pendant engraved and walked out with two additional 14k custom gold rings. Jerry and his parents embody the iconic mom&pop shop owners; they're so kind, thoughtful, patient, don't pressure you at all to make a purchase, AND offer high quality at great prices. Don't be fooled by the unassuming location and shop size, Jalee is the best!

Once I found Jalee, I ONLY go to them for my jewelry. Jerry and his parents are honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I've challenged them with custom pieces time after time and they not only helped me realize my vision, but have always exceeded my expectations! Most recently, I was given a set of mismatched diamond earrings, so I visited Jerry and his parents to create two custom bracelets with the diamonds. I gave them a picture and chose the two link chains and a week later, I had the most exquisite bracelet. The quality of Jerry's handiwork is unmatched. He beveled the diamond for each bracelet so perfectly. They never disappoint me and I am a customer for life.

This is a family own Jewelry shop. Small but a hidden gem. I was only browsing around at the time but they caught my attention because of how nice they were and accommodating. I was meaning to buy a necklace and pendant for the longest. I didnt get my necklace right then but I put an order in with them and they had many selections to choose from and was very friendly and flexible. The price was decent for white gold. The order did not take long at all to arrive and they call you right away. They even do free cleanings if your a client. He was so nice to clean my friends earrings just because I was a client for free. I really really love my purchase and I recommend consulting with them for any interest that may peak your interest. If you ever feel like treating yourself to a nice piece of jewelry and for a reasonable price , they are the way to go! Thank you! And I will definitely be back for another pendant soon. Did I mention how sweet their family was?
