I am a tenant with Zara for two years now. I love it here. It is very peaceful. I never had any issues with noise complaints and I never had any issues with my apartment since I moved in here. It's been amazing. The other tenants in this building is really nice. The environment is always clean. We have a great super here, he always keeps the building in top notch condition and he is very helpful. When I first move in, I remember meeting with the staff at the office there were really nice. They made the moving process easy for me. I had called for keys for my sister and they were really nice when helping me, especially Mr. Ramnarine. I would recommend anyone to choose Zara. They will love it here.

I am enjoying it here living with Zara Realty. My apartment is really beautiful and spacious. My building has its own parking lot, which is really convenient for me. I am not too far from the train station and bus terminal. The hospital is not that far from where I live either. There are a lot of really good restaurants in the area, good food from all over the world . When I was first looking from an apartment I was looking for something safe, with a clean environment and a nice view of the park and I found that here with Zara Realty. The super and the office staff are really nice people. They are always kind and helpful, especially Ryan. I would recommend anyone to rent with Zara Realty, they will love it here.

I have been living here for a year before I decided it was time to share my experience of what it’s like to live here. This complex is almost always full and residents do not want to leave. I know this because I’ve been trying to get my friend in for the last 3 months but nothing has opened so far. I waited for two months to be able to move in here and it was absolutely worth the wait. The tenants are happy with their affordable rent, and the staff is always friendly, in my experience. The complex itself is clean, painted regularly, and the yards out front are immaculate. The inside of the units are perfectly built, allowing each resident to have some privacy while keeping the temperature cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The neighbors are absolutely wonderful with my daughter. I feel safe in this community. It is important to mention that these units are beautiful, are perfect for single working professionals beginning their career, graduate students, single parent of a young child, or dual income/no kids couples. You will never rent from another place that cares as much as the condition of the place you live as the staff and management of Zara. They truly go above and beyond to care for the people and your experience. I have lived in complexes that cater to a party culture, which comes with noise, and sometimes violence. This complex is the opposite of that. It is quiet and friendly. I have had more restful nights at Zara than I have had in other apartment buildings that go for 3 times the rent. Highly recommend living here
